Traffic, average order value, conversion.
Channel performance, product performance, market performance.

Ready by 9:00. Analysing the numbers.

Week on week, month on month, year on year
Seasonal trends, events last year, market conditions
Industry insights, market conditions, trends shared on twitter

Sharing at 14:00. Reflecting on the numbers.

Behind all of these numbers is a story.
A story that I need to decipher and understand.
Then it’s about writing the next chapter of the story.
